Have technician fill out a picklist and use PM Pro to look up the parts (e.g. inlet cylinder on a R160).

Have technician pull an oil sample and fill out the paperwork.

Have technician lookup an article on Tech Direct (for example: Tech Tube #17676).

Have technician log into LMS and demonstrate his progress.

If additional skills tests are deemed appropriate by the Mentor, complete them now and summarize the technician’s performance below.
